Sending all push notifications from mobile?

I am not receiving all push notifications from my mobile to U8 smartwatch. I have already installed BT Notifications but I guess it does not send local only notifications from mobile to smartwatch. Is there any app or setting which can send also local only push notifications from mobile to smartwatch?
