Sending and retrieving picture messages

I have a verizon galaxy note 3 with a different carrier service. My problem is I cannot send nor retrieve picture messaging. I have changed the mms apn to my current carrier and it still does not work. According to verizon trouble shooting, I need a verizon online album account. Is there any other way around this?

Probably because you don't pay for a Verizon data plan for that Verizon phone you have. I would imagine it would have to be "flashed" to your specific carrier. Is the Note 3 not available on your specific carrier?

Needing Verizon online album sounds bogus. Maybe your other carrier has not enabled this feature....Some carriers make you pay extra to send & retrieve picture messages
