Sending Contact Info

How do you send one contact from another contact info like in the BB, I was able to send one of my contacts a whole file of another contact or copy and past sections. I tried and it was terrible, each time I switched from a contact back to the email, the email was saved and I could not find it. also, when I tried to copy the address goggle maps kept pooping up. there has to be a more efficient way.

Select Contact.
Press Menu.
Select Send Contact.
Choose MMS, Mail, or Bluetooth.
