Sending phone back

And they asked if it had any scratches or cracks. It has no cracks or scratches I can see. What would Verizon do if they were to find a scratch?

They would find you and get payback...probably by breaking your legs or letting the gimp out of the box.

Or maybe charge you an extra buck or two if they ever truly gave a crap...which they don't.

I wouldn't send it back,I've seen pulp fiction,gimps ain't nothing to mess with....L.O.L:D

I've heard that they'll take pictures of your device with a cracked screen and charge you for the phone.
 
I just sent one back with a nasty scratch on the screen. Tech guy told me as long as it was not cracked and worked, I'd be fine.

Got word from them they got my phone and all was fine.

If you send back with anything other than normal wear and tear .like water/moisture/physical damage (cracked screen).it will cause a device damage fee (non refundable ) smartphones $299 .unless you bring it to a direct vzw store and have them remark your account prior to shipping it back that they reviewed fine to send through the warranty
