Sending received-call notification

Is there an app that can send received-call notification?
Here is what I want. I have 2 phones - one (I'll call phoneA) is with me constantly. If I receive a call on the other phone (phoneB), I want phoneB to send an SMS to phoneA containing callerID info.
This doesn't seem like a difficult app and feel it exists but I don't know the lingo to use in a search to see if it DOES exist.
Anyone aware of such an app?

I think this would be possible with Tasker! I haven't used it in a while so I can't tell you exactly how to do it but you should be able to make it do what you're looking for There are plenty of good guides online for how to use the app, they can probably help you figure out the best way to program it.
