Sending, receiving and replying to group text messages

I have just purchased a Droid Mini and now cannot group text. Is there an app for sending group texts for Mini?

what if i'm specifically looking to NOT have group messaging automatically reply to all - I dont see that option in ATT messanger or my standard text messaging on the galaxy

The free Textra app for Android 4.0.1 or later works great. You need to select "Use MMS for Group Chats" in the Settings page. Everything else is done automatically for you when you dowload the app from the Play Store.

I have an Android phone and can send messages to multiple people but the thing I don't like is when someone emails me and 2-3 other people, there's no way to reply to all!!! How stupid is that, I have to send out a seperate message to each person. I think the iphone's have this reply to all feature, why doesn't the androids have it. Its very discussing.
