Hi There,

I am having an issue where IF my Wi-Fi is connected ANDmy cellular network is ON and functioning, I am unable to send an MMS Message. However, if i turn my Wi-Fi off, it send without a problem.

My question is this: Is there a setting I need to enable to be able to send MMS messages with my Wi-Fi being on? It's really annoying to have to turn off my Wi-Fi just to send an MMS message. I have cell service so I do not understand why it doesn't just "use it".

Thanks for any help that can be offered.
:D

Best,

I agree the issue may be related to wifi calling. On occasion, when I have poor cellular signal, wifi is connected, and wifi calling is enabled - text messages will not send. However usually if I resend the message it will be sent successfully without having to turn wifi calling off. Interestingly, receiving text messages does not seem to be affected.

I turned off the option to use cellular if it "detects" poor wifi. I still need to turn on Airplane then turn wifi back on. Leaving Airplane mode on. Also have wifi calling. No delays. AT&T is very bad in my area but do at times is my ISP.

I thought might be my VPN from Adguard and seems better using their beta after talking to support.
