Sending video in hangouts

Hi everyone, so in the new 4.0 version of hangouts has anyone noticed that you can send a video anymore?!? In the older version of hangouts you could. Is it just me?

I just checked it out. It seems that that feature is gone... Why would they do that?

I don't know, I just realized that this morning when I left work.! I mean it used to be send picture, send video, hangouts call his head. Seems like they stream line interface so much that the new app doesn't allow it. And that was a nice feature to, and we all know here that the network can handle it at least on Verizon Wireless. I don't use Google messenger because my dad has a Wi-Fi only galaxy tablet and he uses hang out with me for iming.
