Sending whatsapp message on android auto

[AC Question]

I am not able to send whatsapp messages on android auto. It gives me a response saying the "name" does not have an account. This is just for sending a new text. Replying to messages works fine. Any ideas on how to get this sorted??

I'm not even able to reply to a WhatsApp message... It reads them out fine but when I say reply it says something like messaging service not compatible or needs updating? I've checked and my WhatsApp is up to date as is my AA

me too, since two or three days 'no account' message is being fired every time I try to send a new whatsaap message. Replying works fine, till now.
