Sensation crashed/SD unmounted during update and now won't work.

I tried the ice cream update a couple of months ago, and my phone crashed/SD unmounted during the update! I called tmobile and walked me through reboot, factory reset, wipe cashe, etc, and NOTHING has worked. After doing those things the phone just sits on the white HTC screen. I have been super busy and just stuck my phone a drawer and put my sim card in my old phone and have been using it since, but I want my phone working again now as my old phone screen is cracked. Is there anything more I can do? I have practically no phone knowledge, so no rooting or anything like that at all has been done to my phone.

your going to have to try and RUU back to gingerbread, then re attempt the update.... sorry , I've had to do it a few times, so just remember that if you get an error while running the program on windows, just re-download as it sometimes gets corrupted, and you'll be fine =) if you have any questions just feel free to ask..
