Sense 3.5 on Evo3D?

So there have been a couple of articles regarding sense 3.5 on the upcoming HTC Bliss. It's said to add some features. Is it more difficult to upgrade sense on a phone like the Evo3D? I know android versions can be difficult to test in a timely matter but what about sense? It is a little soon from 3.0 to 3.5 but I'm interested in finding more about what will be included in the new version.

Also keep in mind that it was just in a beta form. When will the bliss be released? I would say 4-6 months later after the phones release. Gotta give someone a reason to wanna buy it!

I am enjoying Sense 3.0. So far I love it. HTC has been great about updates so far with the E3D!

That's for Android itself. Not the manufacturer skins themselves.

In Sense, I want the ability to

a) Turn off the carousel
b) Make the icons smaller
c) Get rid/customize the dock

Until then I'll probably use Go Launcher 90% of the time.
They have some badass themes too, I'm currently rocking Honeycomb Black Deco.

My ONLY two's gripe with Sense is the 1) limit to 4 rows of icons. This should be configurable. Given the slightly elongated aspect ratio of the 3D vs. the 4G, there is now a use amount of wasted space between the rows. on the 3D... and 2) the lousy Dock Mode

Agree 100%, I don't like the icon spacing in Sense 3.0, too much wasted space, add to that the dock and it's just a mess.

multicons is a sweet app that lets you group apps by 2 or more in the same space as what a normal app would take

synergy is a pretty great sense rom 3.0 look but is actually 2.1, also virus has a rom called Evononsense that is like a samsung epic build

If you want just a custom launcher regina launcher is sweet and it allows you to place apps anywhere on the page

My gripes with sense are as follows:

1.) Carousel
2.) non-adjustable widgets. Nearly all the other OEM custom overlays have this.
3.) Bloat lag
4.) page-by-page app drawer
5.) uncustomizable dock

It seems that the evo4g already has a port of some version of 3.5 even though its not official if course. There has been no word on the 3d and 3.5 though

Evo 4g has sense 3.5 now. In beta testing. Google it.

The evo line of phones is sprints baby. With the amount of updates sent out to fix even the smallest of bugs, i doubt they would let us go without sense 3.5
