Sense UI port/copy?

I am sure it takes a lot of programming (or maybe not since it is kind of a launcher.) But anyways, I was wondering if there was anyway to get a port or copy of HTC's Sense UI on the Optimus. I don't have any expectations of this happening, but I was just curious.

lol Sense won't be coming to this device but it's relatively easy to replicate sense on your phone. First flash ThundeROM on nROM or whatever ROM you want which achieves the black status bar look. Quick note, the newest version of ThundeROM the application icons are modeled after HTC sense also you can probably download Sense themes for LP from the market if you wanted to use any ROM. Then get Launcherpro plus from the market. Yes it costs $ but the reason i say to use that is because it comes with scrollable widgets which are similar to sense widgets. Then you can grab something like fancy widgets or beautiful widgets which add even more of that HTC feeling by giving you clock widgets that look identical.

And there you have a 5 minute, couple dollar HTC sense makeover.

EDIT - Also I hope people chime in with other apps and widgets they use which perform a function similarly to sense. A list of that stuff would help out some people who want sense. I think I've covered a chunk above but there's some stuff I'm missing or even alternative apps than what i listed.

Thank you for such a quick response and I already have the weather widget and am not interested really in the other widgets but thank you for the suggestion. And what made me think of this actually was seeing what ThundeROM was doing. But the part I was talking about replicating was stuff like the launcher at the bottom of the homescreen (with big phone button) but I mainly like how it looks when you make a call looks a lot cleaner than the default. Well anyways thanks again for responding so quickly.

Theres a free app in the market that i like a lot called dialer2. It doesn't change the screen for when you're actually on a call but download and check it out. Pretty sure if you like sense you'll see why I'm suggesting it.

I really like the ADW Launcher! It has the Home screen sense from HTC. when I bought my Optimus for 1 dollar at BB it was the first thing I started searching for on the Market. It also allows you to lock down the screens rename stuff even adjust to seven home screens. My fingers are just to big for the optimus mini home screens.
