You would have to build the 2.2.67 kernel for the Moment, hope the hardware supports a 'normal' linux/android file system versus Samsung's proprietary fat 16 system, copy the application(s) to the device and init them at boot as a home replacement.
Should be possible, but will need a strong development community behind the moment.
IMO Moment owners should focus more on slim and fast. Use third party tools to integrate the apps on the phone and let the OS run fast as hell. Samsung has a jewel on their hands if only they will decide to help developers.
