The Galaxy S4 have five visible sensors, the Galaxy Note 3 has three visible sensors, where are the low battery, missed event, Powering On blue blinks/animates. Light sensor to adjust screen brightness/contrast.
that would be #1 and 2 on the S4

I'm not really following your questions...but are you trying to find those sensors on the Note 3? I took a quick look at some screen shots and the sensors appear to be in the same locations.

It's missing one of the dots on the top front in comparison to the S4; dunno which sensor that is.

On my S3, what you consider #1/2 are hidden behind the white top bezel. I can't see the dot for my LED notifications until it's lit up, it blends into the background invisibly otherwise.

#1 Indicator light illuminates with a series of distinct colors and flashing colors to indicate different notifications and status. Events include charging, low battery and missed event. Powering on = blue blinks/animates.
Battery charging = red remains on
Battery fully charged = green remains on
Low battery or charging error = red blinks/animates
Missed notification (call or messaging) blue blinks/animates
#2 Light (RGB) sensor lets you use ambient light level to adjust the screen brightness/contrast
#9 Front facing camera allows you to take pictures while facing the screen and allows you to video conference
#10 Gestures sensor used to detect AIR VIEW and AIR GESTURE motions
#11 Proximity sensor detects how close an object is to the surface of the screen. This typically used to detect when your face is pressed up against the screen, such as during a phone call. While talking on the phone, the sensor detects talk activity and locks the keypad to prevent accidental key presses.

On the Galaxy Note 3, there are only 3 visible sensors that I can identify. This is what I was inquiring about.
