What about Samsung phones do you not like? I do like Pixel phones but prefer Samsung mainly due to the hardware.

I have the Pixel 9 Pro XL too and I love the phone but since One UI 7 I've been using my S24U so I was very happy when the S25U came out. I used to say that I love the camera on the Pixel but with ExpertRaw and now log video, I've been using the Samsung over the Pixel.

Still it's definitely a great phone, hope you like it

I picked up a 9 Pro XL in November as a backup when my 24U main board crashed, which Samsung promptly replaced. The Pixel is fine but no great shakes versus my 25U. The Samsung ecosystem is far superior for my needs versus Google Pixel. Solid phone just not my first choice.

I feel the same. With when I was team Goofgle, around the Pixel 2XL I started feeling like a guinea pig. Interface constantly changing. No consistency within Googles own apps. Apps being killed, replaced and killed again.
Samsung is far from squeaky clean but at least I know something I buy from Samsung won't be bricked next week because Google lost interest.

This is why choice and competition is good.

I can't remember which Ultra, it was a few years ago. I upgraded to take advantage of Samsung's pre-order bonuses, trade-in credit.

I kept the goodies and sold the phone, IIRC I made a few bucks out of it.

It's what I would've done OP. If you can you bought it but don't really like it.

Yet somehow you ordered one. But everyone will do this with every device. I had the 9 pro xl and sold it fo the s25 Ultra.
