Seriously still don't have 5.0

I've still never gotten lollipop at all stuck on 4.4.4, what gives. I factory reset my phone but no matter what I do I cannot get the official OTA. Its almost January 1st!

Patience... With the issues that popped up with Lollipop 5.0 your probably better off waiting on KitKat 4.4.4

Obviously something was wrong when Google decided to skip from 5.0 to 5.0.2 on the Nexus 7 (2012) model and NVIDIA was quick to get the SHIELD Tablet updated from 5.0 to 5.0.1.

Trust me I'd rather wait and have a properly functioning 4.4.4 than jump on a buggy new version of Android OS.
