Service Update - there is a new configuration.

I have an HTC one and every day I get this notification. I don't have to download anything. What does it mean?

Yep, I wake up to this every day as well since the update. I'm with Vodafone UK if that helps.

I'm with "3" and have an HTC620 and have the same notification. Spent time with the folks from "3" yesterday and all we were able to identify was that the app causing it is HtcMobileData. I'm unable to remove notifications from this app on this phone, or force it to stop. Reached a dead end.
