Set camera exposure with number?

Is there any way to force the Camera app to let you manually set the exposure with a number (like -2, +1, etc.) or at least show the value of the exposure like it did on my old Nexus 5? It bugs me when settings are so arbitrary that the slightest movement of my finger changes the value and doesn't tell me. Or do I just need to use a different camera app? Thanks!

That's exposure above or below the currently-decided-upon-by-the-app f-stop. You still don't know the actual f-stop. But there are camera apps that have EV settings (+2 to -2) - Manual Camera gives you both manual EV and manual ISO settings. (Just no Night Site.)

You most certainly do know the f-stop. This phone has a fixed aperture and it’s not adjustable.
