Set Wizard has stopped

I just purchased the Asus Memo pad 7 and during the sepup I received the following message ' unfortunately, setup wizard has stopped' . when I click ok it loops me back to select my language and wifi network, then the message appears again. I tried rebooting but no luck. I had gotten as far as creating my Asus account in the set up.

Welcome to Android Central! Is it brand new or refurbished? It isn't a good sign that the very first thing you do crashes. I'd bring it back to the store and ask for an exchange or refund.

My fix was to return the blasted thing to Amazon and get a different tablet. Crash-happy out of the box? No thanks.
