SETCPU + CPU Sleeper = ???

Has anybody used setcpu and cpu sleeper together?? I was wondering if I'm using Cpu Sleeper and SetCPU with ondemand/interactive governor would there be any conflict?

I'm not having any issues at all. I have been using both apps together for months.
