Setting up multiple accounts on my new ZenPad 8.0

I've had to replace my last Asus ZenPad 8 after being stolen & have bought a slightly newer one running Android version 6.0 model P00A

I didn't do a full restore from the last device but did choose to restore the apps. Unfortunately I'm unable to find a way to set up multiple accounts for my family to use the device and am wondering if this is because I didn't totally set it up from scratch?
