setting wallpaper help galaxy s4

I understand how to set the wallpaper but what I dont undrrstand is why there are 2 blue squares when cropping your new wallpaper. It is imo upsetting that the s4 doesnt have a scrolling background like my infuse did but o well.​

Guess I haven't found a setting for wallpaper scrolling in the menu, but I really didn't look for it since I'm useing Nova and it includes this option.

There is an app called photosphere live wallpaper which y can use to have scrolling wallpapers

Use Nova Launcher... All the wallpapers u use on it will be scrolling

The 2 blue squares represent Vertical and Horizontal views.
