settings freeze up

Is anyone else experiencing their n7 constantly freezing up when trying to force stop an app or clear the cache in the settings? This is the only issue i have been having with the tablet, other than that it's great and does what i expect it to do.Thanks in advance for any help.

Mine (4.1.1) also seems to do it. If I wait long enough it comes back. The main thing is only do one thing. Any time I do more than one thing in setting it will always freeze for 1-2 minutes. Hoping this is a 4.1.1 thing that will be fixed soon.
