My phone keeps going from the standard list to a simplified list in the settings menu. Anyone else have this problem?

Bixby requires simplified and it will pop up on screen telling you periodically to use Bixby it must be on simple and when your hitting ok it's switching it back.

BTW, anyway to get it to stop popping up... like WTF Samsung, Google Assistant is great.
