SG4 Radio issue

I am having trouble with not getting all my calls. Is this a common issue? I live in Chicago and had no trouble with the SG3!

My wife's s4 has the same problem we people call and it goes to voice mail she can't make calls or receive we also went to two att corporate stores and 3 SIM cards later it still happens and they don't know why and she is 2 days past 30 days so they won't exchange it. Just screwed

Update they sent my wife a new one today for delivery tomorrow said they have been getting complaints into premier customer service

I just had mine replaced with a brand new phone and still having the same issue! Pretty Lame!

Same here chicagoland. Exchanged both the Note II and the S4 twice for new ones along with their sim cards and same issue, although the S4 is worse. Had my Note II since release date and just lived with it but my wife's S4 is a total POS. No calls, terrible static, cuts in and out during calls. Skyrocket and SIII did not have those issues. Hope the Note III is better.

This is a distressing thread as I work in downtown Chicago and live in West Rogers but am about to move to the far northern suburbs (Lake Forest). I have an S4 on Verizon at the moment but in our new area it gets terrible service so I've been reading AT&T forums here for some insight, while contemplating a switch. This thread has me questioning: Is poor Verizon service at home, but great downtown, worth it if people are having such profound issues with AT&T, and the S4, in & around Chicago? Ugh... I'm more confused now than ever.

Sad. My OG Note has better signal quality than my SGS4.
