sgh-1337m lost AWS and wifi Please help.

Hi everyone today I flashed official rogers stock rom on to my sgh=1337m. Now after it reboot it I lost both AWS and wifi. I tried everything to make it work but I failed. One year ago I enabled AWS through a guide from xda developers. I tried same guide again but could not enable it I tried every trick and tip. nothing is working. And to add salt to that wifi is dead tried everything on that too. But nothing. So please help me.
