SGS3 Developer Support - International vs North American Version

So i've pre-ordered the International SGS3, but i'm beginning to wonder if there will be development fragmentation (roms, kernels and mods) between the North American version and the International version.

I would assume there would be considering the difference in CPU's?

Anyone have any opinions or know what is going to happen there?

If there are different chips then yes development will be different.

i hope so. i would hate to see there be more developer support for one version over the other.
