Hi everyone, almost every day, my sgs9+ crashes and reboots. Is this normal? Anyone else this is happening to? Any suggestions on how to fix this? I haven't noticed any kind of pattern that might be causing the crashes. Thanks, s

Do a factory reset ... start fresh ..
If it happens again then you have a reason to return .

agree with Jimmy. These are hard to diagnose. It may be a software issue, especially if you've had upgrades recently. If so a reset will fix that. it is possible that it's a hardware issue. You won't know until you try the reset.

I would wipe the cache partition first before a full factory reset. Also try booting the phone into safe mode and see if it still happen. If it happens in safe mode then a factory reset is the best option.

Hi, how do I wipe the cache partition?

Here you go ..
Press the VOLUME UP + HOME + POWER buttons all the same time and HOLD THEM DOWN. release only the POWER button when the device vibrates. release the other buttons when the ANDROID SYSTEM RECOVERY screen appears. using the VOLUME DOWN / UP buttons to navigate, select WIPE CACHE PARTITION.
