Share button in YouTube app automatically opens IMAP/email, no other options given.

Used to be when I hit the share button there was fun ,twitter,all cast, apps, now it just opens email app . IMAP?

There's been a lot of this floating around recently. It happened to me with sharing from gmail. I went to Settings --> Apps --> Menu (the three dots) and then "reset app preferences" and it did the trick.

settings/apps/all/youtube - scroll down and clear defaults.

I think it's the email app defaults that needed to be cleared in that case.
