Share file between devices

Is there a way to share files wirelessly between my Galaxy Tab A7 Lite and Windows laptop? My laptop has an Ethernet connection and my tablet is on Wi-Fi. They are on the same network.

I don't want to use Bluetooth or USB.

Since the tablet you have doesn't support Dex, you'll need to use WiFi, Bluetooth or else upload to a cloud service such as Google Drive or OneDrive.

Do you use Telegram? The saved messages feature works wonderfully to share all types of things between you devices.
