Share game progress with multiple devices?

Hi guys. I'm wondering if there is a way to have my game progress follow me across different android devices. Thanks.

Back up the game's data and restore it to the next device. The other way requires that the developer writes the game to do it the way you want, like using a cloud file as storage for the game's progress.

Okay so no way to just have it do that. Fair enough. Where is the data for the game that I would have to transfer?
