I got a bunch of awesome ideas from this thread!

I just started running Nova Launcher. Is there no way way to have the screen turn off with double tap, without upgrading to prime? Not a huge deal, I just leave my phone sitting on the desk at work so double tapping is much quicker than picking up the phone to turn off the screen.

With any third party launcher, you can turn the screen off by double tapping at the top of the screen (over the task bar area). Hope that helps.
