Finally found a set up I love. I'm running CM 11 with the flat theme, using nova launcher with the GEL icon pack.

You guys should use the Kitkat Icon theme instead of the GEL icon pack. I personally found that it themes more icons and the icons are crafted at a resolution of 192x192.

I've moved away from third party launchers now as the Google now experience has had me get hooked on the "stock" launcher. I've come up with this



The clock is timely
The weather widget is Yahoo Weather
Everything else is made with desktop visualiser (the pencil just opens a compose box for twitter)
The wallpaper is a photo I took in Sorrento, Italy on my old Nexus 4
