Sharing internet with pc through data cable

I dont have a wireless modem so i have to use a data cable.I need to connect to internet with my tablet.How can i give my pc's internet to my tablet through data cable?My tablet uses android 4.1.1

Not many tablets support Ethernet via USB. My Asus TF-101 does with a custom ROM but otherwise it would never worked for it. So you will have an option in setting like what is just below "Bluetooth".:
