Sharing Mi 360° security camera with someone in USA

Using 'Share device' option in the app Menu, I sent permission to my relation in USA but he could not access my camera

You have to find out how it's shared. If it connects to a server somewhere, your relation has to connect to that server. If it acts as a web page, you have to forward port 80 in your router to the internal IP address of the camera, and give your relation your external IP address (using a dynamic DNS service, like no-ip makes it easier).

It all depends on how the camera sets up. Full instructions should be in the manual that came with it.
