Sharing options gone?

The latest update on my Galaxy 10+ seems to have broken so many things I loved about my phone. One that really bothers me is that almost all my sharing options seems to have disappeared. From the photo gallery, for example, I used to be able to scroll and see all kinds of options, like Outlook, Gmail, etc. Now, this is what I get when I tap share. Nothing else I can scroll to. Surely there's a way to get this back?

What app are you using to initiate the photo sharing shown?

Both my stock Samsung Gallery app and Google Photos app has a More option to then choose additional apps. The Samsung one provides a way to add apps as favorites, too.

Have you tried to swipe left on the options? That is what I do and then I get the 3 dots and a more option which opens it up to all the appropriate apps.

Well what do you know, that worked! So simple if you know it, so impossible if you don't. Thanks! Now if I can only figure out how to get back the battery life that I enjoyed before this latest (disastrous) update. Even resetting my phone to factory settings hasn't helped. I would pay a large sum of money to be able to roll my phone back to the previous version.

I don't get the three dots, but it does scroll through all of my sharing options as I swipe. The top row is suggestions for specific people, the bottom row is for apps.

Maybe I have too many apps for swiping so it hides the ones I haven't used and the dots show the hidden ones.
