I just bought a brand new Gear 2 this weekend and after some moments of intense joy I realised I couldn't Shazam on it.
I googled shazam and Gear and on the Shazam website they didn't made any direct promises about releasing Shazam on the Galaxy Gear;
Because I'm a programmer and I like Shazam I made a little app which does the following:
When you record a sound on your gear (with voice memo) it get's saved on you phone.
If you install and run my little app: (just search "zamify" on google play)...
...and you select the file you just made with your gear the sound is played on your phone and Shazam is launched;
if you tap shazam the sound of your gear is tagged and if it is a song Shazam finds it for you.
I hope some of you guys/gals find it useful, it's a free app without adds so enjoy,
