short code messages won't go threw on my LG stylo from Metro pcs. how can I fix this?

Everytime i try to send a short code to somewhere to get a coupon or something else it will not go thru. Also my other text and MMS functions work fine. It's just the shortcode does anybody know why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Yes for coupons from stores and special deals.

Check with your carrier, in case there's some sort of restriction they can place on these kinds of texts.
