Shortcut to Samsung Volume Screen

Is there a way to create a homescreen shortcut to the Samsung Volume Screen. which you access under Settings> sounds > volume?

Slider Widget app works great for me on the Home screen.

I can't find that in the playstore. Does it have a more specific name or a developer name?

Did you get this resolved as I would also like a shortcut to tyhe Samsung volume page?

I never found an option as good as my old sound widget that went dead with the last big update. I downloaded a sound app but it really doesn't update itself with current settings.
