shortcut to sms and dial

currently i have a direct dial shortcut to my wife-- but i keep butt dialing. not sure how! anyway i thought if i made it have a pop up with a choice for sms/ call or home/mobile i would still have quick access but stop the accidental dials. however, i can's seem to find a short cut that will give me a choice as above - any ideas?

Long press on the homescreen.
Shortcuts->Contact->Wife

This places a "quickdial" icon on your home screen that when pressed will pop-up a selection of ways to contact your wife.
