Shortcuts tab on hone screen

I had the shortcuts tab on my home screen but it disappeared after a restart.

How can I get it back?

long press on the back button and it will return. You can make it disapear with another long press on the back button.

You are both heroes. I was just about to ask how to delete this tab, but can live with hiding it.
