Shorten time for punctuation?

Is there a way to shorten how long it takes for say a ? to pop up when you hold down a key on the keyboard?

What device do you have, and what keyboard app are you using?

I am using the stock samsung app on my galaxy s7. I am also having an issue with spacing after punctuation. If i double tap the spacebar it will insert a space after the period, but any other punctuation doesn't receive a space. I know my settings are correct and it's a fresh install of the latest baseband version/6.0.1 with everything all up to date, so i'm a bit confused as to why i'm having this issue.

Please help: This issue is Not totally related, with punctuation. but it fall
down in same category. When I type a reply and Tap-Preview to verify
how the Script look like..the ACpage get frozen by 1-2 mns

Then get back, sometimes doesn't return and have to Close the webpage.
and the Script-Reply get lost. Wasting 15-20 mins of my time. Anybody
when answer the Punctuation issue, provide reply to this bug too
