Should Dinc have a Front camera

Just wondering how everyone else feels, as i feel like a front camera is pointless and not somthing i would like. How does everyone else feel. Should the Dinc have the front camera like IPhone or Evo?

Front camera is nice for video calling. Then again, would I ever use it, probably not.

The front camera would be cool but honestly I have no use for it right now.

Only uses other than video calling that I can see would be self-portrait pictures and Skype. It would be nice to use that over wifi and the person on the other end be on their laptop with webcam over skype. But would I use it all that often, probably not.

I happy with the existing (and upcoming) features of the incredible.

I think it should be there. Don't like it? Don't use it. However, there are uses for it and the competition (ahem) has it. I think it would be a nice addition.

kinda pointless debate on what an already released device should have. We can all wish for things though in a future device. It should also have a bigger battery, a better LED, dedicated phone button, a kickstand etc. point is it doesnt, and cant be added (cept for battery) to the phone now. Its a great device as it is.

Also, the forward facing camera only works in certain conditions unless it has a flash too. I used the evo came and it really kinda sucked and was worthless for about 75% of the times i tried to use it

I would have loved to have had it on my dinc, it's one of the very few--if any--complaints I have about this phone. Video calling is something I've always wanted in a phone even before it came out on any phone.

Your pictures would probably look like crap though...

Well of course it could have a front camera. Whether its necessary or not is another question. I personally would probably never use it because I have a web cam on my macbook pro and it would drain the battery too quickly.

Either way you have to hold the phone while taking the picture...... I have had no problem doing it with the normal camera.

I wouldn't have wanted to pay for the extra cost to include it. I'm glad it's not there.

Yes.. all Android phones going forward should have a front facing camera. The Incredible, Droid X and Droid 2 should have it.
