Should I be worried about my Nexus 5 battery?

I just got my nexus 5 (used) couple of days ago and so far battery life has been stellar. I last all day easily and I purposely didn't charge it last night to see how long it can go and around 23 hours, I still had 44% battery left! Yes, turn off Auto Brightness because it drains the battery little quicker than usual. Overall, I'm loving the phone!

With android L the battery is improved a little (from ~5 hours to ~8), so I hope it comes out fast!

Everything I have read says L won't be released until mid October or early November.
