I ordered another note 20u after selling mine in February.

The dimensions on the fedex delivery show the following ??????

Probably just an error on FedEx's part. Did you order it directly from Samsung?
 
We have a Fedex account at my company and I'm always shipping phones and laptops and computers to users and I never give exact box sizes cause I use whatever I have at hand and Fedex doesn't really care about whats listed when you say it's a non Fed-ex box. The weight looks about right so I wouldn't worry about it.
 
What made you decide to sell the 1st one and what brought you back? Inquiring minds wanna know.
 
There was a YouTube reviewer that ordered an iPhone but actually received a block of cheese in the box which Apple eventually resolved.

Think I'd of kept the cheese ! :)
 
True story...

A month or so ago I shipped two laptops from my office to one of our locations in Texas. FedEx site showed delivered. It showed signed but no one had the package. Sig said "Covid." Checked security cams to see where it said was delivered but no vid of any drop off or pick up by anybody. So we thought maybe someone internally took it.

Sent out two more laptops to same location. Instead of requiring indirect signature I requested a specific person. FedEx site again showed delivered and again the sig on it was "Covid." The person we wanted to sign was our Executive Director so no way she's lying.

Punchline... ED calls FedEx and says what the heck... shows delivered.... signed by her... but it wasn't. FedEx says we'll look into it, calls her back later, says we found the package and delivered it by next day. :eek:

It showed signed and delivered and a scanned sig on file... and they "found" the package??!!:confused:

Still don't know what happened to the first package of laptops I sent and "they" said delivered and by this time I'm sure they won't be able to find.

But moral to the story... FedEx sucks.

Right now we are waiting on shipment of switches to that same booney location in Texas because lightning storm took down network at that location last week. Last I heard the other day, the track said should be arriving that day. Later find out it hasn't left the drop off or in route. smh
 
This is my third note 20U lol
First one was a mystic white sm-n985 south American model with dual sim bought in October ,realized I missed carrier aggregation more than I thought I would and bought an unlocked mystic bronze from Samsung USA directly. That's the one I should have kept and sold it in Jan or Feb. After buying the s21U from Samsung direct last week , issue with pink tint which I posted on here , I learned that the Note 20U was a better overall fit for me than the s21U. So this time around I'm donning a mystic black TMobile variant.

Hmm, maybe the person "signing" for it had COVID brain fog ...
 
Or the driver didn't want to deliver because of covid and appreciates the gift.
