Should i buy S4 ? or i go For Iphone5 ?

Hello,

i been waiting S4 for months and now when i went to the shop and told me ther is major problems with S4 and one off them are screen Heat and memory problems, i dont mind to buy it as thos problems will be fix in future...so dose any one know if thers any plan on fixing S4 problems or it will stay like that for ever/long time ?


Please help me to decide

Where did you hear all of this? I've had my S4 for a week now, and have not noticed any issues at all. My iPhone 4S felt warmer than this phone.

I have not noticed either of these issues either. I had an iPhone 4s which is basically the same as the iPhone 5 and I'm so glad I swapped.

All new phones will have their problems but I'm sure this will be fixed soon

Are you really asking this question on an Androiod site in a S4 forum? Ask the same question on iMore in the iPhone 5 forum and let us know what majority of answers you get.

I came from iPhone 4s and could've switched to the iPhone 5 but I.honestly got bored with it.

Never had those problems with my S4'& I'm very happy with my choice.

Both phones are great though, so good luck with your decision but I think there is rumor that the iPhone 5S will be coming soon.

My battery life is wonderful and I haven't had any issues with the screen. Actually this is the first time i've heard of screen issues on an S4.

Haha this is pretty true but after using bother I know that I personally prefer the freedom of android

I also think apple are failing to do anything innovative and unique. All the phones are the same.

I'm enjoying the change of scenery haha.

Agreed. I don't know where you got your information from, but I've had my S4 for almost two weeks now, and I haven't noticed any of the so-called issues your stating.
Simply buy the phone, try it out during the "trail" period. If you don't like it, take it back and get the iphone. Problem solved.

No, you're speaking to people that actually own and use the S4 here...and we're saying we haven't seen the issues your talking about. This is from personal experience. If that's not proof enough for you, maybe you're in the wrong thread here and should be in the I-Phone forums bud.

i know u like ur phone and paid alot for it, what iv seen my self from a friend he had slow phone with memory problem and the memory was 60% use at IDL and his screen was so hot like it was in a car at the morning

what am asking is, will be ther an Update in the future to fix memory issue or not, as what i have read my self in this fourm ppl are haveing problem like i listed and like the link i did post

Yes there will be updates in the future. Some updates are already pushing out now to fix lag issues, I don't expect this to be the last update

I think your question should have been, does the Samsung GS4 suffer from X problems? And not so much which should you get. Few members of Android Central would tell you get the iPhone and few members on iMore would tell you get the GS4, and asking on either is trying to get a nice little which is better argument going. That wouldn?t solve your problem. You know which phone you prefer as it is something personal. If however, you are concerned with a particular issue, well that can be dealt with easily.

Well said DC9. Simple fact is this. Samsung has always supported their devices via updates, etc...The phone was just released on what, April 27th? on AT&T anyway. And they just had a software update this morning. I am confidant that whatever issues come down the road, they'll make sure its addressed in a timely enough fashion.

I've had the S4 for a week and a half and haven't noticed those issues. I owned the iPhone 4S & 5 also last year and never had issues.

I think most of the issues on both sides are operator errors!

I have been using apple for the last 5 years, most recently the iphone 5. I liked the look of galaxies and just wanted to experience a less restrictive OS so I made a switch. I am not sure if the s4 I got is defective or what but the browser seems slow, phone keeps crashing, and cant see the screen in sunlight. I never had these problems with my iphones. Once again I really want the s4 to be my new phone and I know that all first releases have problems but some things with this phone are really becoming annoying.
