Should I buy the nexus 7?

So a few days ago I said I'm going 2 buy my self a tablet. I looked all online and tried to find good gaming tablets that are budget friendly... I came out 2 the Samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0 and the Acer iconia a100 I looked at the comparison and seem that the a100 was better due to its tegra 2 chip. But one day I'm on gamestop and it shows this tablet that's supposedly awesome for gaming and its the nexus 7 I looked at the specs and was really surprised at the price... I just want 2 know.... for you guys that have it is their a catch? Is it worth it ? I've been waiting for a tablet like this but it doesn't seem real tegra 3 chip with 4.1 jelly bean and HD graphics? What are your thoughts so far?

So far I love my tablet, I like how easy it is to customize, and it runs a lot smoother than any other tablet I've use (acer and blackberry). I have played a few games on it, and they seem to run really nice. The only things that I could see being flaws are: low sound quality (though this can be helped with an app), and not being able to attach to a HD t.v or projector.. Other wise it's a great little tablet, and a good deal for the price.

Tbh, its like a million times better than the Acer and Grab plus or 2. Its really a great tablet.

The N7 has been awesome for me so far, only cons at the moment are:

Lack of flash support
Lack of silver light support
Ability to easily connect to a high volume NAS (which I'm sure is possible but currently working on)
