Should I buy the samsung s7 as soon as it releases? Or should I wait it out?

Alright, so I'm really interested in getting the new s7, but I've heard that the first batch of newly released phones may come with a bunch of bugs and a few defects. And, well.. I'm not really looking forward to that. So I'd like to know if any of y'all have had any problems when buying newly released phones.
Also, I might preorder the phone... is the Gear VR worth it? I know it's free, but I wanna know what your experience was with them, so I could decide whether i should keep it, or sell it off.

Phones tend to have more bugs near release, but for the most part, you can live with them. Many people like myself like the latest and greatest now so... It's a risk I am willing to take.

I wouldn't buy solely for the vr.... If you are willing to wait a while, I would expect sales down the line.
