If you want increased battery life, yes

yeah the 95% thing is only there to extend the overall lifetime of the battery. The thought being that letting it trickle up and down in the 95-100% range is better for the health of the battery.
It's still a good idea to wipe battery stats occasionally and to let it drain all the way down, then charge backup.
