Should I check repartition in odin?

I downloaded official lollipop 5.0.1, and it extracted to 4 different files BL AP CP CSC which I should put in odin, but the guide im following says to check repartition and I read somewhere else that I should tick it. what should I do?

Welcome to the forums. If the guide you are following say to have it checked, you should. Different phone carriers sometimes require different steps.
